OMNIFilter's RS1 whole house pleated cartridges are designed to reduce sand, dirt, sediment, and rust particles, providing a cost-effective solution for homes with sediment problems. These cartridges can be used on both chlorinated and non-chlorinated water supplies.
The pleated cellulose media construction, with a polypropylene core, offers added strength and a high dirt-holding capacity, making these cartridges highly effective at reducing medium sediment, including dirt, sand, silt, and rust particles down to 20 microns in size. This results in better-tasting, cleaner water in your home.
These economically priced cartridges are recommended for use on chlorinated water supplies and have a capacity of 15,000 gallons. It is advised to replace them every 3 months or when a drop in water pressure or water quality is noticed.
The OMNIFilter RS1 whole house pleated cartridges are compatible with Pentair OMNIFilter U24, U25, U30, OB1, and WH5 10" Standard Filter Systems, and they can replace any 10" x 2.5" sediment filter cartridge in standard filter housings.
