Our flow restrictor, crafted from food-grade material, allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection without the need for any additional tools. Its purpose is to create back pressure on the drain line, which helps push water through the membrane while maintaining a fast enough flow to keep it clean. This design ensures you get the maximum amount of RO water with the least amount of waste water production.
The flow restrictor is compatible with standard 1/4" OD tubing, including copper, CPVC, PEX, and PVC, making it suitable for most RO systems. The product is known as the "1/4" O.D. RO System Flow Restrictor."
Constructed from ABS engineering plastics, our flow restrictor is designed to be used with 50-800 GPD RO membrane water systems. The push-to-connect push-fit technology provides a secure and efficient connection, while the working pressure range of 0.02-0.8MPa ensures reliable performance.
